Warranty

All River Lily jewellery has a 60 day warranty for reasonable wear and tear and for manufacturing faults. To keep your warranty, it is important to read and follow the Care Instructions on how to look after your piece properly. Proof of purchase must be retained, we may also ask for photos of the piece.

 Refunds are only given if we cannot replace the piece. Shipping costs are at the cost to the customer. Warranty does not cover items that have been damaged in any way due to negligence. It is at our discretion if the item is to be covered by the warranty for replacement.

Faulty/broken earring backs

Lost stones due to faulty claws

Faulty clasps

Lost items

Worn precious metal plating 

Broken items due to negligence

Bent jewellery 

Discolouration or damage from foreign substances 

Modified or engraved pieces 

Scratches on metal
